Our philosophy is simple: quality over quantity. Every shortlist is three or four people, and we interview every candidate before we put them forward. The result is rewarding careers for candidates and strong returns for our clients.

Led by someone who has done the job

Our MD and lead recruiter, David Taylor, has worked directly in measurement and quality for over 20 years. He has managed teams across Europe and directed the UK subsidiary of a German metrology company, so he understands the roles, the standards and the pressure on a quality team from the inside.

Recruit QA has been trading for five years and makes placements every week. In that time we have built one of the UK's largest specialist databases of quality control, quality assurance and metrology professionals, across aerospace, defence, automotive, motorsport, medical devices, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, additive manufacturing, food and beverage, marine and energy.
